Food was not so heavenly
Appetite can be very difficult to control, for various reasons.

Chinese New Year season is still on. So far, I've been singing about eating eight times a night and has gone to some houses that are ready to open its doors for those who are hungry. During this time, I've been eating all kinds of foods, including cakes, sweets, cakes and fried foods. I believe I would have to eat about six or seven times a day. Is this considered eating too much?

This means that when you stimulate the brain reward centers you with food advertising (through TV, vending machines), food packaging products are attractive and delicious food pictures, can lead to overeating and thus obesity, many people are highly vulnerable to disease .
I think I am definitely one of them! But the confusion is that I still feel hungry after I've eaten quite a lot. I've been a massive excess weight for years (weighing more than 85kg) and had difficulty controlling my appetite, especially when presented with such a wonderful delicacies before me, of course I ate it.

According to scientists, appetite can be very difficult to control. Most dieters regularly fail to control their food intake.

In the past, and even now, people see people underestimate, linking them to eat too much, Äúlack which will power, Äù or, Äúgreed, Äù. Fat people or people who eat too much blame.

Unfortunately, this is the same area who are involved in drug abuse and craving. But it also means that appetite may be associated with emotion and addiction. Further research done to prove these theories.

Is eating too many psychological disorders?
There is such a disorder called compulsive overeating. Compulsive overeating is characterized by uncontrolled eeating and consequently body weight. Compulsive overeaters use food as their main tool for dealing with stress, conflict and problems of everyday life. You see, like alcohol, food also can be used to block the feelings and emotions.

Compulsive overeaters usually feel out of control and aware of their abnormal eating patterns.

How do I know if I am a compulsive overeater?
compulsive overeating often begins in early childhood. Children never learn the proper way to deal with stress and so he uses food as a way to overcome. He may not know that being overweight will make others at a certain distance because he was not attractive.

Compulsive overeaters overeaters are male dominated. They know what they feel and do is wrong. So the more their body weight, the more they diet.

Diet makes them so hungry that leads to the next party. There is a feeling of helplessness, guilt and shame.

So look out for these pointers:

4) Do you hide yourself from others or withdraw from social activities because you are embarrassed about your weight?

5) Do you continue to occur in a variety of diets?

6) Do you attribute all the feelings of inferiority and failure for your weight? Whether it be the focus of your life?

If you answered yes to many of these, chances are you are a compulsive overeater.
